A lovely 3.11 carat cushion cut grey-blue spinel sits at the center amid all of the exciting diamond action! Natural spinel has been around since the 1300’s and has been largely under appreciated due to it usually being confused with more popular stones like ruby and sapphire. The widespread use of synthetic spinel to imitate other gems has been popular for many many years. Most are unaware there is a natural version of spinel.
